1. Personalized Products
All personalized items are made to order with care.

No returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Please double-check all details (names, colors, designs) before ordering.

If your item arrives with a mistake or defect, contact us within 3 business days to fix it.
2. General Returns

You have 15 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Personalized products cannot be returned.
To start a return, email us at infobeaverfamily@gmail.com . We’ll provide a return label and instructions. Returns without prior approval are not accepted.
3. Damages & Issues
Check your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of:

5. Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
