Refund & Return Policy

1. Personalized Products

All personalized items are made to order with care.

  • No returns or exchanges on personalized items.

  • Please double-check all details (names, colors, designs) before ordering.

  • If your item arrives with a mistake or defect, contact us within 3 business days to fix it.

2. General Returns

  • You have 15 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Personalized products cannot be returned.

To start a return, email us at infobeaverfamily@gmail.com . We’ll provide a return label and instructions. Returns without prior approval are not accepted.

3. Damages & Issues

Check your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Sale items and gift cards

5. Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If it takes longer than 15 business days, contact us at infobeaverfamily@gmail.com.
