Shipping and Returns
We strive to ship your orders within the timeframes specified on our website. We accept returns of non-customized products within 15 days of receipt of the products, provided they are in their original condition.
For custom products due to the unique nature of these, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of them under any circumstances. All customized products are final sales.
* Free shipments will be sent via USPS ground 2-5 business days( only USA).
